It started in Dallas.
In 1965, Charles Marshall opened the first Marshall’s Bar-B-Q in downtown Dallas. He and his wife Deloris soon had their hands full as customers came to taste his slow-smoked brisket and homemade sides.
Charles used the best ingredients he could find. His recipes and attention to detail have been passed along to the next generation of Marshalls.
A tradition worth keeping.
What began as a simple Bar-B-Q sandwich shop with just a few tables grew as word spread. Through it all, the Marshall family stayed dedicated to the care and ideals Charles brought to the restaurant.
Today, you’ll find Marshall’s Bar-B-Q in Carrollton. Come in for a meal with the family, pick up dinner, or swing through the drive-thru. We’re proud to keep this piece of Texas cooking for the generations to come.
